Web Content - Manage Booth
The Manage Booth web content allows an exhibitor who purchased a booth to manage the information associated with that booth.
Manage Booth is typically accessed via the Exhibit Floorplan page.
Note: Note that the record ID must be passed through the browser URL in order to display/test this page.
Example: If the page containing Manage Booth content has the URL, "members.myassociation.com/exhibits/manage-booth," directly navigating to this URL will not correctly display the page.
The hall ID and booth number must also be passed through the URL, like so: "members.myassociation.com/exhibits/exhibit-floorplan/?hallid=c829186a-605d-ea11-b699-0003ff528276&boothnumber=100."
This ID is automatically passed if the user navigates through a page such as the exhibit floorplan. The URL + hall ID and booth number can also be manually created.

Content Configuration
Manage Booth content allows configuration of the following setting.

My Organization Exhibits Page (drop-down): This drop-down field allows staff to choose which page should link to the button on the Manage Booth page that exhibitors can click to return to a page showing all of the exhibit booths their organization purchased.
This page set in this field typically uses the My Organization Exhibits web content.
Result
The resulting page allows the exhibitor to see and manage details about their booth.
Staff can configure the permissions for this page from the Exhibit Record, by editing the exhibitor booth settings for the hall and/or booths within the hall.
These permissions can include:

Uploading an image.

Editing description.

Allowing document uploads.

Allowing co-exhibitors.

Allowing booth staff.
